Meta Data Transfer & Third-Party Processing
Effective date: 2025-08-08
This page explains how we treat metadata and when metadata may be transferred to third-party services, including social platforms or analytics providers (which may include services operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.).
What we mean by metadata
Metadata includes non-content technical data such as timestamps, IP addresses, device type, and page analytics that help us understand site performance.
Why metadata may be shared
We may share metadata with analytics providers to measure traffic, improve user experience, or deliver contextual content. Where possible we request that providers aggregate or pseudonymize data.
Transfers outside your jurisdiction
Some providers operate internationally and may process data in countries with different data protection laws. We take contractual and technical measures to protect data and comply with applicable regulations (e.g., GDPR obligations where relevant).
Controlling data sharing
You can control tracking via browser settings, ad preferences on third-party platforms, or by contacting us for options to opt-out of non-essential processing.
